I love all my knives. I was thrilled when I found the paring knife was now avail in black plastic. But unfortunately this past spring my husband suffered a massive heart attack and in the emotional recovery process I mistakenly left the knife on a plate when I put the plate in the microwave.. totally destroyed it.
