This is a really great scale. It gives you a lot of insight into your body composition, which is a lot more important than simply a number. Now, in fairness, I don't have a DEXA scan data to compare to and gauge its accuracy, but it does seem accurate from person to person. If you create a baseline, you can tell if you're getting leaner and losing body fat, and gauge overall progress. If it tells you, for example, 18% body fat am I confident that's an exact number? No. But I do this if you go from 18% to 14% that relative progress is likely accurate. I can recommend this as a tool, and happy I have it.
