Using for 2 weeks. Seems really good so far, no funny tastes and a nice energy jump start every morning. Very easy to take. No stomach discomfort. Im happy so far, price is good, this is the higher absorption type and the capsule releases a little slower than the tablet and eases the time for absorption also. I recommend this product.

What a find!
Unfortunately, I did not notice that this item contains iron, which I would like to avoid. I am however very impressed with the methylated formulation for a B Complex! I will be returning the item, before trying it, in favor of continuing the use of the Methylated B 12 made by nutricost which is definitely the best vitamin B 12 I have ever used. Thank you.
