Husband brought these home and I was a little skeptical at first. It's labeled as “International Award Winning Cheese” and once I had that first bite I could see why! It brought me back to a few years ago when I had some fancy aged gouda that I loved and haven't been able to find since then. Although this is described as “Creamy white cheddar with surprising parmesan notes” on the packaging, it tastes just like that fancy aged gouda at a fraction of the cost. This has become a staple in our fridge. It is so creamy it just melts in your mouth. It is a very rich cheese so smaller bites are recommended.
