These loaded baked mashed potatoes are so good and easy to make. My family thought I made these from scratch and I thanked them and told them they were from a bag. I will make them as a side when I cook rice and gravy, meatloaf and many other dishes. There is also so many more flavors that you can try and they are just as good. These are dangerously easy. Boil water, dump the pouch in, stir, wait a minute—boom, loaded mashed potatoes with bacon, cheese, sour cream, chives, the whole deal. Tastes way better than it has any right to for instant. Great side when you're tired or it's cold out and you want comfort food fast. The family size actually feeds 4–6 people as a side. I throw in extra butter sometimes and it's basically restaurant-level. Love having these in the pantry.
