Worst purchase ever
I was so excited that blaze ended up making a griddle top to fit. First use it completely bowed in the middle and would rock back back-and-forth making one side catch all the grease.

Save your money. This griddle warps easily.
I purchased my Blaze grill from BBQ Guys, and it is great. However, the Blaze griddle accessory is a big disappointment. The first griddle I ordered came damaged. BBQ Guys sent me a replacement, which was also slightly damaged, but I decided to keep it. I have used it three times. Using medium to low heat, it works OK, only slight warping. However, when I tried to cook fried rice over high heat, as the recipe called for, it took on a comically large warp. (See photo) It was so bad, I had difficulty moving the food around on the griddle. This may be OK for cooking on a lower heat setting, but don't even think about cranking the heat up.
