These Duncan Hines cake mixes are delicious and easy to make. The cakes are the perfect size without having to make a large cake. The 3 ingredients are readily available: 1 egg, 2 Tablespoons oil, 3 Tablespoons water. Bakes about 30 minutes. The mix comes with its own disposable pan, so no greasing or washing a pan. It comes with a frosting packet as well.
