Easy to use just open it up and it's ready to go. At out deer camp we had a large rat around. I put this huge glue trap out and it caught it in no time. Very sticky. Definitely good for rats and I'm sure it would work on mice, spiders or any other insect or rodent.

with other pads, the rat I was trying to catch, would unstick themselves. I would find the pads outside with Tufts of hair attached. but with this trap, it caught the rat! the pad is huge and easy to use. I'm buying more!

I've used this product for years! It does exactly what the description says. I lay it flat on the floor. I do wish they still offered the bigger one for bigger snakes. However, this size does catch the smaller snakes, rodents, ➕️ bonus spiders and other insects!
