The charger for the bike got very hot and started smoking. I have only owned the bike a few months and have barely used it. The charger and bike were inside in air conditioning when this happened. Don't leave the bike charging unattended it might burn down your house.

It sounds like there might be some issues with the charger which we’d like to fix as soon as possible! The charger being burned out may be caused by reasons such as unstable voltage and overcharging.
