Terrible customer service.
Very well constructed except for the tires. One came apart on the bead and damaged the tube. This was the case when I unboxed it. Contacted customer support and got a slight run around that the pictures were blurry. After several tries they then told me they have sent the complaint to the manufacturer. I'm still waiting on a response. Been over a month now.
