The lid stays shut which is always my top concern for a pitcher, but it's also not hard to open. Perfect size pitcher for keeping cold brew coffee in the fridge! The quality is great, it sturdy and well made. Would 100% buy again! Would also be great for kids to pour their own drinks or for elderly to use because it's not too big or heavy but can hold a good bit of product.
