These are above average sanitary napkins because of one thing. They don't have any plastic on the side that is next to the skin. The product Al***s, causes skin irritation and infections. Stayfree products do not do this. I will never use anything but stayfree sanitary products. A+++++ ratings!!!

Stayfree is the best pads I have ever used. I've tried other pads, like all*@&s, which has plastic in it and can cause an infection and/or rash. These pads work well for night time and day time for those heavy days. I'll never use anything else.
