One ingredient
For the simple people out there, you can't get any simpler than this. Peppermint leaves are the only ingredient on the list, no additives or fillers. The tea flavor is more earthy than others that I've tried, great for calming an upset stomach or just to relax and unwind without caffeine. Bigelow is a great company and I highly recommend their entire lineup of teas.

A perfect part of my morning routine
I combine this with the constant comment black tea and honey instead of sugar in the morning and it is a MUST HAVE in the morning for me now. Its a perfect companion to ease me into the morning and gives me a moment of zen/relaxation to enjoy my morning before the day gets busy! If you're adventurous, I encourage you to try my "Tea blend".. peppermint, constant comment and honey.. it is devine!

Flavorful and refreshing
I am not usually a big hot tea drinker but my teen daughters are. I did try this hot on our first snowfall of the year, and it was very good and made me want to put up my Christmas tree! It left a cool, minty sensation that is so cozy with the hot tea. A friend of mine makes peppermint iced tea in the summer and it's wonderfully refreshing, so I'm looking forward to enjoying this delicious tea over ice all summer.
