Install the support legs securely to stabilize the machine, then expand the waste bin, place a trash bag inside, and ensure it is properly set. Position the machine on a flat surface and place the litter trapping mat in front of it. Connect the power adapter, turn on the machine, and wait for it to initialize. Pour the recommended amount of cat litter into the drum and use the built-in leveler or a scoop to ensure it is evenly distributed. Download and install the app, then follow the instructions to connect the machine via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Your cat litter system is now ready for use.

From a functionality standpoint, I really like this. I also have a LitterRobot3 that I've had for 3 years; overall this seems to be a better set up. However, the review requires me to post within 48 hours of getting this email; I've only had this set up for 3 days. My cat usually takes a few months to start using a new litter box, so right now I'm pleased with how it appears to function and how it seems like it would be easier to clean rather than how my cat uses it.

I have had this product for just over a week, but I am very impressed. I have two older cats and was afraid that they weren't going to use it, but they have used it without any hesitation. The app can tell the difference between each cat, how long they were in the box, and waits several minutes before cleaning and leveling the sand. The odors are gone, and they don't seem to track as much sand out of the box. It was a tad more expensive than I wanted to spend, but if it holds up, I think it will be money well spent.
