So far so good. I am 54 years old. I have had cats my whole life. They were usually outside cats or cats that only went out to potty. I detest litter boxes. BUT, I just adopted 2 from a shelter and they are kittens and will be inside so I decided to bite the bullet and pay for an automatic machine. I had one in the past. The open top rectangle that raked the deposits into the end. It was so hard to keep clean I didn't want a repeat. This box makes me want more kittens. It is super quiet. You wouldn't know it was doing it's job if you didn't watch it. I have had it going for 4 days. I have had to replenish the litter once so far. I have not had to change the collection bag as of yet. There are no smells, other than the litter itself. The app installed and started working smoothly. No issues. I don't have an issue with litter being brought out with their itty bitty paws. I would have given 5 stars all the way across but will wait to make sure it keeps up the good work.

I've wanted one of these forever for my two cats but they have always been so expensive. Have had this for a couple months and it works well. We can't hook it up through the phone because we don't have 5G but it doesn't really matter. It's easy it assemble except for the phone part. It's only quit working once and it was because one of the cats stuck her head back in to watch it rotate. We reset it and haven't had any problems. It's definitely a time saver and a back saver!
