Would recommend this to anyone who has gut health issues and seems to always have upset stomach every few days. Its helped my gut health where food doesn't upset my stomach. Digestion and bathroom use is now regular. And I have noticed my clothes fitting better after 1 month of using this product. I think it's regulating sugar spikes too because I've had a lot less cravings. Would recommend!!
