I'm not sure it's because my dough has been too wet, or too thin, or too many toppings, but I haven't been able to slide pizzas onto this, and I have semolina sprinkled on it. I would say be sure your dough isn't too wet, and that it will slide around on the board before trying to transfer to peel. I've seen some peels advertised as nonstick, but this isn't.
