I have been using this product for 18 years. Provides all daily minimum requirements of numerous vitamins and minerals and tastes delicious. I add almond/cashew milk and blueberries to make it even better.

I have been using Spiru-Tein for over10 yrs. as a breakfast at least 4-5 days a week. I mix it with skim milk , blueberries, and flax seed oil for a delicious and filling shake that lasts me until lunch and also gives me most of the vitamins I need for the day
tasty source of basic vitamin needs
I've used Spirutein for 24 years. I'm a vegetarian, and not a big breakfast eater--so it's a good meal & source of nutrients. I mix it with vanilla soy milk--and it tastes great. It mixes best by shaking it in a covered working glass or jar, or in a blender.
