My go-to for stuffy nose without drowsiness

I know this is Tylenol and recently Tylenol is getting a bad rap but I just want to say that this is the basic. No extra ingredients for the chest and cough etc. When I get stuffy or start to feel like I'm getting sick, I take this and with a couple days it's gone. I'm fine. 9 times out of 10, I never get full blown sick. Also, it never makes me drowsy or loopy in the head which is important because I work full-time. This is definitely my go to. Also, the few times that I have had bed spins and vertigo from fluid or crystals in my ears, this has stopped that too. completely.

Only product for sinus relief.

This is the medication my mom loves the most. It works really fast within 30 mins and helps clears up congestion within a day or 2 . Does not have an after taste and the pills shape make it really easy to swallow.
