If your child weighs less than 31 lbs (14 kg), or is under 3 years of age, this product is not recommended for use. May be administered directly into the mouth or into a liquid that will be consumed immediately. Clean dropper after each use. After administration, a slight warming sensation in the mouth is normal. Adjustable dose of melatonin
We love Zarbee's products in general, but specifically this melatonin for my kid who has a hard time winding down. I love how instead of a one dose chewable, this comes with a dosage dropper. You can give a full dose or even less if you don't want to give a full dose. My kids take it willingly, so taste doesn't bother them!

I bought these to give my cat so that I can clip his nails. I tried the melatonin calming gummies that you can buy from the pet store and he wouldn't eat them and when I mixed them up in some tuna, he would eat that, but then throw up . He's a big cat , so I gave him the recommended lowest dose for a 3-year-old and it helped. It didn't knock him out but it made him less stressed.
