I love Shortbread Cookies. the Keebler brand of cookies is much more desirable than one of the other leading brands as it's ingredients do NOT include high fructose corn syrup or other ingredients that are so harmful to our bodies. If we are going to eat cookies we should try to get the cookies with the healthiest ingredients. Enriched flour is NOT a first choice, but perhaps this will change in the coming year with the administration's push for a healthier lifestyle. Another good choice is to try to eat cookies that have a protein in them like the Pecans. These cookies are not too sweet and are very good.
