SUGGESTED USE: For adults and children ages 12 and older, take 2 gummy bites for occasional heartburn. Do not exceed suggested use. Not formulated for use in children under 12 years. For adults and children ages 6 years and older, take 2 gummy bites for occasional heartburn. For children ages 4-5 years, take 1 gummy bite for occasional heartburn. Do not exceed suggested use. Not formulated for use in children under 4 years. 250 mg of elemental calcium per 1 gummy serving (500 mg per 2 gummy serving) is equivalent to 633 mg (1266 mg) of tricalcium phosphate.
