the only real complaint i have about this item is that the peel-off backing is a single piece, which means you must handle the patch, and its stickiness, in order to apply it. thankfully, the sticky is strong enough to handle a little touching, but don't go overboard, its not enough stick for a second try at placement. i suggest splitting the celophane backing in half, like other brands do. that would make this product top-notch.

These patches are somewhat smaller and seem a little more thin. Taken me awhile to get them figured out but did. I can put them on my back and I cut one in half for my feet. I use them for neurophysiology. Seems to help me.The value is pretty good since I use 2 a day.. The adhesive is really sticky strong.Be very careful not to stick it to itself. It does take a little practice but can be done. If an 88 year old can do it anybody should be able to use it.

Well, once applied they do get rid of the sharp pain. My criticism is of the way the patch is mounted to clear hard plastic. Can't stretch the patch, Makes taking it off the mount more complicated or difficult to apply without wrinkles.
