(3 pack) Mainstays Non-Stick 9x13 Cookie Sheet Bakeware Pan

This cookie sheet will make it difficult to pay a lot for a cookie sheet. Cheapest pan in the store. Works great for fresh cookies, biscuits, doesn't stick, cleans easy. The only reason to pay more is if you want a bigger one. NOW, I'm not like a baking expert or chef but I can cook and bake cookies from scratch without a recipe so I do know how good food is supposed to look and taste and this item allows me to prepare food that is both. and it only cost me $2

So, this is an inexpensive sheet pan. That means it's thin and will need to be replaced somewhat often. That acknowledged, I compared this to the expensive Curtis Stone Durapan sheet pans I had been buying. As a family of 2, I do sheet pan meals at least twice a week. Potatoes, add a protein, sometimes veg and sometimes steam the veg instead. So, bunch of stuff, tossed in olive oil and seasonings at 450f for 45ish total minutes. Tried to keep an equal usage between the just under $25 Durapan and the under $3 Mainstays pan. Both are dishwasher safe, Durapan recommends hand washing. I hand washed the Durapan and tossed the Mainstays in the dishwasher. After 4 months of relatively usage the Mainstay actually refrains from sticking just a bit better. Both show signs of impact to the nonstick and burnt looking areas. At $2.68, I can replace a lot more often. It is thinner so with heavy, stuffed chicken breast I would be sure to hold both ends of the pan.
