I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly this worked! The dosage is two pills 3xs a day, by the second set of pills all the symptoms had either disappeared or diminished to the extent that I was comfortable again! Wow! By the second day I had no symptoms anymore, such as urgency, or pain, and had to remind myself to keep taking the pills. They are a temporay solution to the discomfort, not a cure, so a doctors appointment is still needed. But I highly recommend this product to anyone that needs to wait for an appointment.
