I am currently taking these as im going through the menopause and I'm very low on iron. These vitamins contain everything i currently need and I'm definitely feeling better. They are larger tablets but easy to swallow, no after taste at all. I take mine just before lunch. A good price for the amount your getting.

An excellent multivitamin with a great variety of essential nutrients in the right amounts for our body. I find it very complete and effective for daily use. The tablets are a bit large but easy to swallow. Great for daily balance and overall wellness!
