I have been suffering from bowel and urinary incontinence since 2010. And since then I have been wearing these depend fitted briefs for my condition. And at one time during a flight from Boston to San Francisco. I had an humiliating "Bowel accident" during the flight. And changing myself and my diaper was a nightmare. However I also like these that the fact is quite comfortable to wear. And I rarely change my diaper 5 to 10 times a day. I usually go through 6 of these. And it dose hold my BMs. And the only downfalls are: there's too much plastic material, at times my diaper will sag, the brief it self will smell from time to time., and once when I'm undo and take off my diaper it will sweaty. Causing me to put on a new diaper. And it's very noticeable though my clothes. And the plastic material will make crinkle sounds when in walk, run, jog, sit and get up. And most people can tell what I am wearing. Wich is an embarrassment to me. Sometimes I wear my normal underwear or pantyhose over the diaper so it won't sound too much. The only thing I love about these briefs is that it keep me protected 24/7. And i do take these to my job and when I travel. And yes I would highly recommend these briefs for anyone who suffers like I do! Also I'm sorry my review for this product was long!! - Gena69
