I take cancer drugs that trigger UTIs. We both take this supplement. As with any supplement it's hard to detect effectiveness. This offer is for 120 capsules - two months at one per day. I also drink lemon-aide and apple cider vinegar with honey every day. The idea is to acidify my system. This regimen seems to be working. Sometimes “ya pays ya money and takes yer chances”.
