Hammermill Multipurpose Paper 20lb 8-1/2"x11" 96 GE/112 IOS 500/RM WE 103267RM

I would consider this fraud. WalMart sent me an email saying that the hammermill paper was back in stock. It was absolutely worded that it was for one box of 10 reams of paper for a total of 5000 sheets of paper. My first order was for one box and I only received one ring. I called customer service and they reported that it was out of stock. Fine. Then I get an email that says it is back in stock and it describes purchasing a box of paper not a ream. So I ordered two boxes. I received 2 reams. I rechecked my order and it absolutely said two boxes. It did not say two rings. It said 5000 pages not 500 pages. I called customer service and they said absolutely that was not the correct order sent and for me to keep the two reams they sent me and the two boxes would be on their way. In the next few days I received two reams. I called customer service three times. I asked for a supervisor and I wait for 35 minutes to speak with the supervisor who then told me that if I would check the website I would see that it only showed 500 pages or one ream. I just went back and checked my order. The order has been changed. So they are telling me that one box of hammer mill paper is now $87. And if you buy one dream, it is eight or nine dollars. So how I could pay $55 for two reams of paper doesn't even make sense. To me, WalMart has misrepresented their item and then changed the receipts to reflect their story. I think misrepresenting is considered fraud, especially with the exchange of money. Define fraud. I am going to report this to the Texas Attorney General‘s office.

I guess I would say that overall Hammermill is a good paper. So, my review would probably be more on the order and the accuracy of the delivery. I ordered a case. They sent me one ream of paper I called they replaced it. I told the agent to make sure you put on the notes. This is supposed to be a case. I didn't pay $35, actually $40 after taxes for one ream of paper! When I could go to the store or online and get 1 ream for $6 - $8. When it arrived, it was only one ream again! I paid for a case! They then gave me a refund. Make sure you get what you pay for!
