One of the bets shots I've ever tried

If had to describe this product in one word, it would be “powerhouse”. Unlike some energy shots I've tried, this one lives up to the hype. One shot provided hours of energy enhancement. While the flavor and sweetness were too strong for me to handle as a shot, it tasted pretty good when mixed into a bottle of water. I would compare its sweetness level to something like Monster. As far as flavor, I can't really compare it to anything else; I tried Blue Raspberry and I would definitely get this flavor again.

good taste and great for working out

I also tried the Vitamin D one. They are not the same in ingredients, but this product tastes better. I am careful not to drink it with coffee because it definitely feels too energetic. This shot is great for workouts. However, if you are having trouble sleeping, it is very difficult to sleep at night after drinking this shot. I feel more comfortable when I drink on a full stomach when starting the day. Also, since it is low in calories, I can consume it comfortably.

Energy to get through the day

The VitaminEnergy™ Sport+ Energy Shot gave me my second wind at work. I was so lethargic and nodding off, so I took this entire shot. This is for 7 hours and I only had 4 hours to go, but I was good the entire the rest of the day. Shots are yellow water thin liquid, sweet and salty at the same time, with somewhat medicine taste and smell. Tastes like artificial sugar as well. I take it that's the sucralose since you get 0g sugar and 1carb. A person can easily down one bottle. I slept really well at the end of the day with no lingering effects.
