I have a child with autism and serious food aversion. This smoothie has an abundance of vitamins and it's the only way I can get vegetables in him. He drinks it every morning and loves it. Don't let the green color discourage you. It's really good! Also I can disguise other things in it. Baby food mixes well and he can't tell the difference. It's literally the only thing I can do that with. This kids taste buds are unreal! He can tell a generic chip from a brand name even though they look exactly the same 🤦🏼‍♀️ great product I love it.
