My daughter in law and myself was able to put this together in one day. The instructions were a little difficult to understand in some sections of the instructions, but we were able to figure them out. The roof took three people to get on. The doors are sturdy enough. The screws seem a little small but we will see how they hold up over time. After it was built, we were able to move it with a hand truck, that is how light it is.
