Good but be cautious!!

I like the taste of these. It satisfies the sweet tooth. If I could shout it from the rooftops- this has 26 grams of fiber per bag people and one bag is labeled 1 serving. Most people aren't used to getting that much fiber in one sitting! That is highly likely to make your stomach very upset! I had 6 gummies out of the bag and might slowly increase as I increase my overall fiber intake; but be aware that your body needs to adjust to an increase in fiber. Happy snacking!
