New Favorite Snack!

I was pleasantly surprised by how good these are! They're crunchy, flavorful, and satisfy my salty snack cravings without being overly greasy. Definitely repurchasing!

Crispy, Light, and Addictively Delicious!

The GOYA Plantain Chips are one of my favorite go‑to snacks. They’re perfectly crispy, lightly salted, and have that natural plantain flavor that keeps you reaching back into the bag. They’re not greasy at all, and the 5 oz size is just right for sharing—or keeping all to yourself. These chips pair great with sandwiches, dips, or just as a quick snack during the day. GOYA always delivers quality, and these plantain chips are no exception. Highly recommended if you want a tasty, satisfying alternative to regular potato chips.

Delicious but not healthier

To clarify what some other reviewers have said, these are not significantly healthier than potato chips. Both are a starchy fruit/vegetable sliced thinly, fried in oil, and salted. These have about 10 fewer calories per 28g serving than Lay’s (for s total of 150), 2g lower fat, and .5g less saturated fat. They are quite a bit lower in sodium (50mg vs. Lays’ 170mg) per serving, but have a higher carb count. That said, they are delicious and hard to stop eating. They are sliced a bit thicker, like a kettle chip, which gives them a nice crunch and dipability. I would recommend them, but not as a healthy snacking alternative.
