Sounds for days

Been wanting a soundbar for the living room tv and this does not disappoint. Compatible with tv and Amazon Fire tv cube. Setup was easy after googling which output worked best with the Fire tv cube. Very easy to switch between functions/inputs using either the remote or power button function on actual soundbar. The bass is not very “heavy” but that is fine since this was purchased only to provide a louder tv watching experience.

I Got More Than I Paid For

I have the COWIN Separable Soundbar Home Theater Speakers set up in the left and right tabletop configuration, perfect for our living room, I also like the wall mounting options. The sound is ~5 times better than the stock TV speakers due to the television being in an entertainment alcove. Some have complained about the bass output. I used the William Tell Overture (orchestral performance is particularly difficult because widely variable volumes and nuances of the instruments), along with the Short Time, and Bullitt car chase scenes to test the sound system's bass. While the bass could be a bit stronger I found it to be adequate for a system of this size without a separate subwoofer. After all, I only paid $50 for this system and the speaker sizes are less than 2½ inches in diameter so it is a trade-off between value and a full-blown sound system with a with subwoofer. If the rating system were more nuanced I would have given these speakers 4.8 ⭐'s
