I was very pleasantly surprised at first by the excellent packaging; the way things used to be packaged assuring quality shipping and care to protect the items along with sustainability in mind. You have to install the handles and lid, which was easy to do with the provided phillips screw driver and a spare screw set. The product quality is also excellent. I am looking forward to non- stick, toxic-free cooking. I had to throw my previous non-sticks out due to peeling. I also like the weight, and you can use a lower heat setting because these will heat up more quickly; a good quality product for the price. i am very pleased as i do cook a lot.

My best buy in years

Let me say this I have has some many pots and pans through the years and they have have burnt or got where they do not slide anymore. I found these one day by mistake and OMG now I threw all our pots and pans away and have only these. We have a glass top stove not sure if it makes a difference with heat cause a lot of our old pans could not take the heat and everything would stick to them. Trust me when I say if you buy these those days are gone it's almost a joke after cooking it's like the mess comes off with just water maybe a little soft scrub brush do not use anything rough the finish on these are so good we do not use anything to ruin it. we cook daily and still perfect. I do not write reviews like this often but I can not say enough good things about these pots and pans from Carote. We have even added on to our set, They have black, brown, tan a few colors we have the black but wish I knew about the brown ones they look awesome. Great buy you will love them.

I just love these fry pans. You can cook eggs, fried potatoes and even western egg for a great sandwich with ese. without cooking spray. The wood handles NEVER get hot. I have bought two more sets for gifts, and everyone said they loved them. I highly recommend the Carote fry pans.
