This was bought as a gift for a family member. He likes it, but doesn't understand why there is a gap around the slide-in drawer. He says it is very easy to set and likes the touch screen being on the top of the appliance. Food comes out crispy and delicious. Being able to see how it is cooking is a plus.

It seems very misleading. It works really well, but its a lot smaller than anticipated. I know it has dementions, but being all glass, it just isnt what I thiught I was purchasing. Also, I do see a small area that mentions that it's hot. It needs to be labled better. And lastly, I can't find any videos to show you how to use it. The instructions are generic and belong to several air fryers, not this one specific to this one.
