Great Gift to send

I sent this as a Christmas gift to a longtime friend. She was extremely impressed with everything about the experience. How cold the cheeses stayed. The presentation once opened, the basket tray used, the knife, the quality of each and every cheese. 2 of her friends now want to send this as a gift to people they know ;-)

Excellent Product and Service!

"Above and Beyond" Customer Service! UPS made a mistake and dropped a number making it impossible to deliver my cheese gift for a special date. igourmet promptly corrected and sent a new order with gracious handling of my frustration. Cannot say enough about great customer service! The cheese was excellent and I will always turn to igourmet for their fine prducts. I trusted Consumer Reports and they were right...igourmet came through in service and most of all their products.

An attractive gift

It arrived promptly and was attractively packaged. The ice packs are very impressive. Still mostly frozen so I had no concerns about the condition of the cheeses. We gave them as a gift for Christmas and we were very pleased with how nicely they were packaged. I will send the gift baskets again.
