are these really touch screen I just saw one ans the reviews said it wasn't even touch screen and all scratched up not even new and so before I purchase this any way I can see this item to make sure its touch I can not find one in store right now why im having to order for my kids birthday and I have already been scammed on this app and etsy as well

Not Happy with my laptop

I purchased this laptop as I needed a new one because my old one broke and it was no point of getting it fixed it was going to cost more to get it fixed than what I actually paid for. This laptop got delivered early which which I was happy about it got delivered on July 15th and upon receiving it I charged it up used it the next day it's supposed to be a touch screen and it is not a touch screen laptop. I reached out to the company via email and the response was that I was to hear from someone in 48 hours and I did not so I went to walmart.com call them and basically complain through them as well they reached out to the company and couldn't get a hold of anyone so they also sent out an inquiry on my behalf and someone was supposed to get back to me in 48 hours, they have not . Today is August 2nd and I will be returning the laptop via FedEx and searching for another one and it will not be coming from Walmart unfortunately because if you have a company that can even respond to their customers then won't get my business and furthermore there's a phone number that you can call No One never answers and it goes right to voicemail.
