- PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Allow to thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Gently empty the thawed meat into a colander and allow it to drain (DO NOT PRESS OR SQUEEZE THE MEAT—this will negatively affect the taste and texture of the finished product). Allow to drain in the colander for 10 minutes. It is then ready for use. This product is excellent when gently warmed in butter before adding to the dish.

The process is much faster than traditional freezing and locks in freshness, taste, and quality by minimizing ice crystal formation. (Fast forward through the cellular-level science.)
