Efficient, as expected. They're consistent. This is why I continue to use them for my tiny chihuahua. The only thing I would change is the shipping company that Walmart uses. They are horrible, delays for no reason, delivered to the wrong location etc. and no updates. I know most companies like Walmart use several shipping Co. %26 their own. When I see they've used ONTRAC, I cringe. Other than that, very happy. 😃
