I would have preferred to have a USB. This is an AC/DC. however I will say after owning several diffusers, the vapor or mist that comes out is quite strong. The light is only on the very top piece so it's kind of meh... who's going to stare at the top part of the plate? not sure who thought this was a good design. maybe they're just trying to include themselves in the colorful LED stuff. The only feature they have is either having the mist or having it misting every 15 seconds, I guess if you want less missed and it then pumps every 15 seconds, weird. I am super pleased. I cannot comment on the scent because I added my own homeopathic stuff, I've got eucalyptus, camphor and tea tree oil spewing out I will say for just under 15 bucks, it's worth the money. I am definitely impressed by the amount of mist, the strength of the mess that's coming out. I recommend buying this.
