Dyson's quality has cratered in recent years

We tried twice to get a refurbished humidifier which is ostensibly top of the line in dyson's ljne-up. Both items arrived considerably used with wear throughout, not on par with Walmarts “premium” designation. This may be why they had a considerable price reduction, but when the items arrive with clear faults (one was buzzing through the night and both did not humidify well) as well as significant chips and damage, I have to recommend against this product

This came defective and can only be returned to store. We don't have any Walmart in the area and have to drive 50 minutes to return it. Don't buy it, especially if you are in NYC and don't have a car.
