This is a great snack, especially if you are looking for a “pick me up” snack during the day. It has a lot of healthy ingredients. Cranberries, pecans, pumpkin seeds, walnuts. It's all organic. Some of varieties have little pieces of dark chocolate, if you like little chocolate sometimes. This is a “must have “ now on my grocery list!!!

There's more to this trail mix than I anticipated,the nuts are whole moist and tasteful the fruit is chewy not hard.Compared to other brands this is extremely better the first taste was packaged with flavor and the bag is worth the price for deliciousness.
