Worth it, Heats Well and Cleans Easy

The way this thing holds heat is awesome. It makes it super easy not to burn the bottom, once the desired heat is reached it can be lowered to maintain it. I used to have a bad habit of that, but after a while this one is still perfect. I took one star off for quality bc I have a small sink and if it hits my faucet I have noticed small nicks around the rim. Not a biggie, but not desireable. It really is nonstick, it has been sooo easy to clean. Like actually effortless, especially if you have a normal size sink. I didn't want multiple pots and pans, so I chose this to make anything including soups. It works out perfect for me, I only cook for two. I think the color is really nice too. I enjoy cooking with it. I had the cheapest mainstays option before this and this is way more elevated. Definitely recommend, I feel like this will last a really long time as long as I take care of it.

Perfectly fried and tenderized over a long cook

Fabulous pan, perfect conduction of even heat! No sticking, perfect cleanup. Here's what I tried first time: 3" pork loin chops with apple gravy 4 - 3" slices of pork loin 5 tablespoons canola oil Garlic salt Gravy: 1/3 cup plain flour, 5 cubes bouillon, 1 teaspoon sage, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon garlic bits, 5 cups water. Mix well. Resrve till finished cooking pork. 4 pared and sliced apples Sprinkle chops with heavy coat of garlic salt. Let sit for 1 hour. Fry 5 minutes each side. Cook for 30 minutes turning every five minutes. Then add 1/3 cup of water, cover, and cook a while longer, as desired, till somewhat tender 30-60 min. Add gravy ingredients, and stir until thickened. Add apples and cook until barely fork tender. Will continue to cook after you turn it off. Stir 2 tablespoons butter into gravy! Delicious! Great with Rice-A-Roni, green vegetable, carrots. Very pretty dish.
