Tasty but horrible for you
The gum arrived and I chewed a lot of it, thinking it was safe. Now I have bad gas and bloating! I googled effects of xylitol and it made me mad. Not only can high amounts of xylitol cause bloating and gas but it can cause weight gain. Over time large amounts can contribute to blood clots, strokes and heart attacks. I am never buying this product again, stevia doesn't hurt me like this and there is no reason it can't be made with that instead. Xylitol should only be used in dental products, where the use is so minute that side effects don't typically happen.
