These are the most effective throat drops I have ever used. They have a good taste, but you can definitely taste the medicinal parts. They last a while, but they really help a sore or scratchy throat. They don't cause any spots in my mouth or on my tongue. These are the only ones we buy now.

I'm really impressed with the Mucinex Instasoothe Sore Throat Lozenges in Honey %26 Echinacea flavor. They work quickly and provide almost instant relief when my throat feels dry, scratchy, or irritated.
