No Real Blood Sugar Spike for me

As a diabetic, pasta is something I needed to avoid. However, after trying this product and tasting it, I find it doesn't really spike my blood sugar. Loved it in my hamburger soup and looking forward to finding other recipes to use it in.

This low carb wonder tricked my tastebuds! Felt like I cheated on my diet, but I didn't. Organic durum wheat semolina is the magic spell. Contentment - bowl of this pasta!
