Prime Hydration Sports Drink tastes really good. These two flavors are favorites in my home. I buy the 12 oz bottles, but they also have them in 16oz bottles. The sodium and sugar content is lower than other sport drinks, a lot lower. Prime is easier to digest after a workout, and it has coconut water and B vitamins in it. I often drink two of these after a more intense workout. I rather my kids drink prime, as well. It is better for them than Gatorade. My kids play hard, and enjoy being outdoors. They enjoy sports. But they do not play professional sports and need high amounts of salt and sugar. The sodium content is between 15-30 mg. and the sugar content is less than 1g. Prime is also great for the elderly, who may not be drinking enough fluids. Especially during the summer months. It comes in many different, there is something for everyone. My all-time favorite flavor is Future Fusion it tastes just like Rainbow Sherbert with 15 calories. It tastes best ice cold. This one, to me, it's just dessert.
