These are great to keep in the freezer. They heat up fast and taste like you just made them. I only eat half of the bowl at a time due to previous stomach surgery. My grandkids love them too. well I always buy these but lately it's kind of like the product inside is not being met. I got the sausage and the gravy and there's hardly any gravy in there at all and that's always gave a good flavor and then I found something black in there which I'm not sure what it was but I did take a picture and I'm going to try to figure out how to send it to you.
