These are great to keep in the freezer. They heat up fast and taste like you just made them. I only eat half of the bowl at a time due to previous stomach surgery. My grandkids love them too. A Good Quick Breakfast!
I have one of these every morning, since I have to leave the house very early and don't spend much time getting ready to go. They are very easy to heat in the microwave. I started eating these because I don't have any teeth while I'm waiting to get dentures. The only thing I can complain about is that they don't have much gravy for something that is called "Sausage and Gravy". Other than that, they are excellent as far as I'm concerned. Even when I get my dentures, I will probably continue to eat these each morning. The don't cost much and I really like them!

I got the sausage and the gravy and there's hardly any gravy in there at all and that's always gave a good flavor and then I found something black in there which I'm not sure what it was but I did take a picture and I'm going to try to figure out how to send it to you.
